• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, N° 205, 206, 301, 302, 303, 304.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, both and in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes and no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the 'Piazzale Roma' car Terminal there are some car rental offices (easier either to pick the car up or for leave it) and others more are at the Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The 'Marco Polo' Venice Airport is about 25 minutes far by private water taxi-boat (about ITL. 140.000) and about 1 hour by public bus and then public boat (much cheaper but less comfortable).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The 'Venezia - Santa Lucia' train station is about 10 minutes walking far.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  15 min walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest public boat stop is "S. Marcuola".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  S. Marcuola boat stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes but only of small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
