• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the apartment you will find all the basic necessities for your first breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the III° flor, there isn't the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Rooms are elegant, private, quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The air conditioning is included.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?

  In piazzale Roma, 5 minutes by walk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The Gondula Station is in Campo San Barnaba, 1 minute by walk from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stop is Cà Rezzonico (line 1) , 2 minutes by walk from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  1 minute.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
