  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room, per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Full Buffet breakfast is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, should you wish to.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, German, Spanish, Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors (incl. ground floor) and two elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Every room is quiet, clean, welcoming, private and special romantic rooms with Grand Canal view are available on request (Deluxe Doubles and Junior Suites).
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Our Junior Suite Casanova has a small, intimate terrace with table-set and sun-umbrella.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Only a few rooms do have balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Most rooms in the Hotel are non-smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Every room has a wide screen 26" LCD TV with satellite channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes. Collect/credit-card calls are also available.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    The Hotel is fully air-conditioned, depending on the season.
    Air conditioning is included in the rates.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but every room has an ethernet plug for free 1 Mb ADSL connection (guests must use their own laptop).
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, parking is not available. The nearest parking is at Piazzale Roma.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The reception can help you contacting a rent-a-car.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Venice Marco Polo airport (10 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can easily arrange the trasportation by contacting one of the various taxi-companies (not free of charge).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Venice St. Lucia railway station (800 m).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    Gondoliers are just next door.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    Ca' D'Oro stop (line nr. 1) is just 20 mt. far from the hotel, over the block.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    The hotel has its own private pier so guests can pick a taxi directly from the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not but every superior room has its own hydromassage-tub.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Every room has an ethernet plug for free 1 Mb ADSL connection. No dial-up connections are available.
