On the ground floor our building there is our Tea Room Beatrice a small lounge and a bar, well equipped with comfortable chairs and tables, where you can sip your favourite tea or drink after a nice day walking around Venice canals. |
 On the back we have a nice private garden, equipped with chairs and tables, where in summer time you can enjoy our breakfast surrounded by green plants and beautiful flowers. At the arrival guests are given a friendly welcome by the owners and provided with brochures, maps and detailed information about the area. |

 Our Bed and Breakfast is very close to the trendy Campo Santa Margherita full of bars, shops and restaurants. Not too far you will also find several art galleries. During summer it is possible to go to the famous beach of the Lido with the boat. Venice with its famous museums, expositions, in a charming fare, incomparable all over the world offering its guests the opportunity to be surrounded by the magical atmosphere of thousands years old city which has remained unchanged over the centuries. |
