Small and relaxed B&B in a great location. Very friendly owners/staff. Lovely walled garden as breakfast room. Quiet despite being very central. Rooms are nice and clean.

This was a fabulous find close to squares, which had brilliant bars and restaurants. The owners of the B&B were fantastic and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here

I would thoroughly recommend Fujiyama to anyone. It was clean, quiet, peaceful, comfortable and the service was excellent. It is easy to find and its location ideal.

I can highly recommend this bed & breakfast - walkable to St Marks, very clean, nicely-furnished & very, very polite staff/management

We had to leave very early in the morning but the staff were still willing to get up early and provide us with breakfast if we wished

The B & B is in a lovely quiet area yet easily walkable to St Marks (20 mins) - a winning combination!

Host very accomodating and polite.Very clean and up to date room for venice.

room a little tight for space, but expected for Venice.Pillows could have been a little bigger as they were quite flattened out. All and all would recommend,bed comfortable.

state cash only for payment. directions from waterbus should be straight through past internet shop,past Piatsa,on your left side, Fujijama 'tea room' does not state bed and breakfast.

very enjoyable stay. Nice and clean, has cable tv for some english channels. dont tip at the restaraunts close by as they include in price. Be careful when you use cash for some side shops. Got ripped off at when getting water bus tickets, amount was 12E gave the guy 20E and he gave me a bunch of coins in change, didn't realize till we sat down that he should have given a 5E plus change.

Great location - a five minutes' stroll from Ca'Rezzonico on the Canal Grande, but in a quiet, friendly and authentic part of town.

As we arrived before check-in time, our host offered to store our bags until our room was ready. When we returned later in the afternoon, our bags had already been taken up to our room--totally unexpected and much appreciated.

Our room was exactly as pictured on the site. Very clean, private and quiet. The property appears to be newly renovated. The bathroom was delightful.

Our hosts went out of their way to accommodate our early-morning departure for an early flight, providing us with breakfast a full hour before the scheduled breakfast service.

It was one of the few places we stayed in our three and one half weeks in Italy when we were offered a refreshment when we arrived. It was very welcoming and accommodating. I was recommend this place to others. Very nice people.

My only issue was it wasn't clear since we were staying only one night that we had to run out and get money as we were leaving for our flight home to pay the bill. The information I saw said credit cards were welcome but apparently that was only if we stayed two or more nights. That added time and stress as we were leaving for the airport to have to change more money and run looking for a ATM.

Bed and Breakfast Fujiyama was an excellent place to stay and we were made very welcome.

The owners were very friendly and helpful at all times. We were able to leave our luggage on the day of check out and collect later that afternoon on our way to the airport which was a great help.

Some other Australian friends also stayed at the hotel and we mentioned to the owners that the couple were getting married the next day. The owners told us that they would give us some champagne wine and nibbles in the evening to help celebrate at no cost to us which was very thoughtful of them and much appreciated.

The only downside was that our bedroom and ensuite was quite small, but we soon got used to it. It would also be good if they supplied inroom safes for guests. We asked about a safe and were given a big cash tin which we hid in our wardrobe but in room safe would be very helpful to have.

Very clean and neat, friendly, helpful staff and nicely located. The room was very small, the bed was very uncomfortable-it was very hard and you could certainly get better mattresses, the water pressure in the shower was very poor most of the time and the hair dryer was useless so I would recommend replacing the mattress and hair dryer and improving the water pressure in the building.
