• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Located at the first floor and an upper floor. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, Particularly the room with canal view and an attic are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The hotel have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes. One room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No smoking rooms are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All room have telephone and satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Rooms airconditioned without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet connection availble in all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are the municipal swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto, where all cars are leaved.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or at a tourist agency of P.le Roma near "Locanda Gaffaro".
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 20 minutes with public boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 12 minutes on foot.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Piazzale Roma Gondola Parking station at 4 minutes walking from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  You can reach our "Locanda Gaffaro" from P.le Roma (Bus Station) in five minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Taxi Speedboat can reach the canal located 20 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
