• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Garibaldi 1 is located on the ground floor, the other one is located on the first floor. Building do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartments are located in a quiet and romantic area.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the apartments do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the apartments do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Both the apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the apartments there is Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, in the apartments there is not a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In the apartments there is only the deumidificator.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The apartments have a living/dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The apartments do not have an Internet/E-Mail point, but we are glad to inform our guests that an Internet Café is situated 10 minutes walking.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  At 5 minutes by water bus and 10 minutes by bus from the apartment there is a swimming pool which is open from 9.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. every day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The apartments Garibaldi 1 and 2 are situated at 35 minutes by waterbus from the parkings in Piazzale Roma. Guests just have to ask information to the staff who will be glad to help you to find the best accommodation for your cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the public parking of Tronchetto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The apartments are situated at 60 minutes by public transport from the Internation Venice Marco Polo airport at 120 minutes by public transport from the International San Giuseppe Treviso airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport or from the Treviso San Giuseppe airport to apartments Garibaldi 1 and 2.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Venice railway station Santa Lucia is situated at 35 minute walking distance from the apartments Garibaldi 1 and 2.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is situated less than 5 minute walking from the apartments Garibaldi 1 and 2.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto Station is situated at less than 3 minute walking from apartments Garibaldi 1 and 2.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest Water Taxi Speedboats is situated at less than 10 minute walking from the apartments Garibaldi 1 and 2.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a short walk from the apartments.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many restaurant nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
