 Garibaldi 1 and 2 are located in a typical and beautiful Venetian area, Giardini-Biennale. The area is plenty of nice cafés and restaurants and typical Venetian market of the famous "Via Garibaldi". Apartments are very near San Marco (10 minutes walking and 2 minutes by waterbus) and Lido island (5 minutes by waterbus).
Important to know:
- Four days before your arrival (weekdays - from Monday to Saturday, from 9.00 to 18.00) please contact our office by phone or e-mail, to inform the office of your planned arrival time in Venice and to obtain the final details about your welcome at the apartment.
- Withour the check-in time, the property will not be responsible for any eventual delays or failure to collect you: the apartments do not have a reception (like hotels do) and the welcome must therefore be organised in advace. At the agreed time an employee will wait for the guest at the public transport station that is closest to the apartment, to hand over the keys and also to supply useful information about the apartment itself.
- All late arrivals, after 30 minutes from the scheduled arrival time, shall be counted as a new check-in at an extra cost.
- In order to make the arrival easier the guest is asked to supply details of their transport (by fax or e-mail), as well as flight number, train details or planned arrival time in their car. This way the staff will be able to advise you of the best way to get to the apartment or the reception office. |

From Marco Polo Airport:
You can take a private watertaxi or you may take the bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma. When you are in Piazzale Roma you may take public waterbus line number 1 for stop "Arsenale". If you prefer from airport you can take the public watertaxi "Alilaguna" to Arsenale. Our representative will wait for you at the waterbus stop called "Arsenale".
From Treviso Airport:
You may take the bus ATVO to Piazzale Roma. It take 50 minutes. When you are in Piazzale Roma in Venice you may take public waterbus line n.1 and get off at the waterbus stop called "Arsenale". Our representative will wait for you at the waterbus stop called "Arsenale".
From Piazzale Roma:
You may take public waterbus line n.1 and get off at the waterbus stop called "Arsenale". Our representative will wait for you at the waterbus stop called "Arsenale".
From Tronchetto (parking):
