• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we are in Venice!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the room is no smoking area.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV but no satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not, but there is an Internet point 100 mts away.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but we suggest you to park in front of the Station of Mestre and then catch a train for Venice (8 minutes). This parking is very cheap, it costs 4,5 Euros per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venezia "Marco Polo".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but there is a public bus every 30 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia "Santa Lucia".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is "Riva di Biasio".
