• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Yes, there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, colour satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, direct dial telephone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, independent air conditioning in each room included in the price. Please note that is available only from may to September (due to Italian Law restrictions).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but the garages are in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto, where all cars are leaved.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or at Piazzale Roma. Otherwise ask our reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 30 minutes by water taxi and about 1 hour with public boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  NO.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 30 minutes with the public boat "vaporetto".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  S. MARIA DEL GIGLIO 30 metres.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, direct Internet access in all rooms.
