Children 7 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. All guests staying in hotel guestrooms must be registered with the hotel. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
Guests should notify the property of their anticipated arrival time in advance to arrange check-in. Guests can contact the office using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking. A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property (check Mandatory Fees and Taxes section for fee details). This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply, subject to submission of proper documents to the property, to patients, their companions and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties. 30% reduction applies for 2012: from 1 to 31 December; for 2013: from 1 to 31 January and from 1 to 31 December. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
Free cancellation can be made up until 2 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
