• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 11pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill anytime.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have quiet and romantic rooms. Some of them
  have also very nice views over the little Briati Canal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with Italian channels only in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal but individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking of Piazzale Roma is only 200 metres far from us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma (200 metres).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport (15 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia Santa Lucia (only 500 metres far from us).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula Station is in Piazzale Roma (200 metres far from us).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" station is Piazzale Roma (200 mt).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water bus taxi is in Piazzale Roma (200 mt).
  By water taxi you can directly reach our property because the house overlooks Briati canal.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets and on request. There is no extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
