• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floor, without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet, private and very very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, the guest can find everything in the room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.

  Yes, some rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are no smoking (there is a terrace where it is possible to smoke).

  No, there is not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, at Piazzale Roma you can use San Marco garage with a discount.

  Piazzale Roma or at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice, "Marco Polo".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have this service.

  Yes, the nearest station is Rialto.
