 The apartment is on the ground floor of a fine 15th century Palazzo, overlooking the canal "Ca' di Dio".
This is a very important detail, that gives you the "feeling" of being in Venice ( you can hear the water splashing, the boats passing by, just below your windows). There is a small hall, a dining/living room ( 2 single sofa-beds), a completely equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
During the renovation we took care of the details, first of all a traditional Venetian flooring and a marble bathroom- then other lesser details like the kitchen tiles from Fornasetti, reproducing S.Mark's arcades, and a lacquered piece of furniture_ just to give you the sensation of actually "being" in such an extraordinary place as Venice is.
Facilities: fridge/freezer, oven, cooker (4 fires), washing machine, clothes rack, ironing-board, hairdryer, TV, heating, fans. |
