• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The balance is always at check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels can be rent.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, a TV but without satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No. There are 3 fans with an extracharge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the apartment Grangiben it is possible dinner in the dining room (6 persons).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are the municipal swimming pools (Rari Nantes).
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto, where all cars are leaved.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.There is a shuttle boat from M. Polo airport to ARSENALE STOP each hour (the apartment is far from Arsenale stop 5 minutes walking).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Venezia S. Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  You can arrive in front to the apartment by motor boat or gondula, because there is the CA' di DIO CANAL where GRANDIBEN building is set.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Arsenale.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  You can arrive just in front to the Palazzo Grandiben through the CA' di DIO CANAL.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. But there are many restaurants (also unexpensive) very close to the Grandiben apartment....2-3 minutes walking!
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
