• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Rates are on a room only basis.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, we have to wait until check out day for settlement.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel has 4 floors and 1 elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking rooms will be assigned upon request and availability.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct line telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is available in all rooms (during summer season).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  During summer season, guests may enjoy two outdoor swimming pools at our sister hotels in Venice Lido, just 15 minutes boat ride from the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Nearest parking facilities at Piazzale Roma, car terminal. Please refer to Mattiazzo Garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our guests can arrange a car rental with our concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Venice Marco Polo Airport, 10 km approximately, 1 hour by shuttle boat and 30 minutes by taxi boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle service is available by advance arrangements through Hotel Concierge Desk or by applying upon arrival to Starwood Hospitality Desk in the arrival hall.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Railway Station: 4 km, at 40 minutes by Vaporetto and 20 by taxi boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  S. Maria del Giglio, 50 mt.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  S. Maria del Giglio, 50 mt.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, please refer to our Concierge for any information about such activities in the surroundings.

  The Club del Doge restaurant and Bar Longhi offer culinary delights and enchanting views of the canal and city. Local and fresh ingredients and Venetian tradition are elaborated upon in the executive chef's famous recipes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
