Our flight back to Ireland was not till 9.00 on the night of check out. Some form of courtesy room or comfort room to have a quick shower would be handy.

Opulent, expensive however you are in Venice so if you did not think you were going to spend money think again. Beautiful hotel, great location.

I had arranged for someone to meet me at the airport and the representative was prompt and courteous. The reception at the hotelcould not have been better for both my arrival and my son's arrival the next day. The entire staff were helpful and courteous at all times without being over-whelming.

The atmosphere and ambiance were delightful, especially in the dining and outdoor cocktail areas. It was an experience to remember for years to come.

I would like to comment that my son and I left by train for Munich and the directions at the train station were less than satisfactory, confusing and I might suggest that you may have a method of addressing this for future guests who access the same travel options.
