• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday.
  Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. Continental.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground, first and second floor. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but the Hotel has at guests' disposal three wonderful terraces and a typical inner court where breakfast is served during spring and summer.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the rooms have window sill. Only one of the rooms has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of them.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We cannot drive in Venice but we can inform you at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  25 minutes, Marco Polo or Treviso 40 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request the hotel provdies limousine or minibus service for whichever destination and guided tours of the city.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia 6 minutes walking or 1 vaporetto stop.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  San Marcuola 1 minute (100 meters).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  San Marcuola 1 minute (100 meters) lines 1 and 82.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  San Marcuola 1 minute (100 meters).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The restaurant of Hotel Locanda Herion is at 100 mt distance and offers Venetian/Tuscan cuisine accompanied by woderful wines.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
