• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Welcome breakfast is foreseen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located at the first floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are Venetian romantic rooms, very private and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Lines, towels, welcome breakfast are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, thye have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment is just completely restored.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television in the two bedrooms, but it is not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not the telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is in use. No charge is foreseen.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room in the apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The only swimming pool in Venice is far 20 minute of public boot service from the apartment.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No cars in Venice.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Piazzale Roma, in Venice. 25 minutes of public boot service from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "Marco Polo" in Tessera (Venice).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Public boot service from the airport connect the apartment in 50 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Santa Lucia" Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  "Dei Greci" bridge is a Gondula Sation. Casa ai Greci is nearby this bridge.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Arsenale and San Zaccaria stops are the nearest. These are far 3-5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Arsenale has one Weater Taxi Speesboat.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small sizes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but many good restaurants are located in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
