I would like to say that my experience was so great in Venice. The owner as well as the woman Paolua that collected us at the Water Bus was very friendly and made us feel right at home.
The apartment was beautiful, and Paoula even introduced us to the shopkeepers around our Venice home.
I had a great experience and would recommend your service to anyone!
I will defintely use your service in the future.

We had to call the housekeepers cell phone when we arrived at the station in venice. We had a lot of difficulty getting the phone call to her made. It took a couple of tries after we located a phone card and someone showed us how to use the phones. You can't just put in a coin in the pay phone and make a local call. At first the housekeeper sounded like she was surprised that she had to be the one to meet us at the vaporetto stop to walk us to the apt. They said it was to confusing to give directions.

The apt. was spectacular. They stocked the refrigerator with food and the cabinets with the basics you would need plus much more.

We just left the key in the mailbox closed the door and left.

It was a little unsettling not to be able to give him our credit card # to hold our reservation. He doesn't take credit cards at all. Up until we actually arrived and saw the place I was nervous not really sure we had it because he had not taken our number. It just didn't feel secure and legal without giving him our credit card #. It's a bit of a hassle having to hit different ATM machines to come up with the $ 600 in cash that he requested on check in.

We have highly recommended Home in Venice to a number of people. It made our stay in Venice magical !!
