• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Buffet continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are provided with Sound-Proofing.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Someone.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, including in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have wi fi internet conections in all the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are the municipal swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto, where all cars are leaved.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or at Piazzael Roma and also at the tourist agency near the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 30 minutes by water taxi and about 1 hour with public boat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 15 minutes by taxi and about 30 minutes with the public boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There are many in the area (10 meters from the hotel).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  In St. Rialto or San Marco (5 minute from the Hotel).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  In St. Rialto or San Marco (5 minute from the Hotel).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, little pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes very good restaurant of the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is internet wi fi in all the property.
