• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price is inclusive of buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the Hotel bill can be settled upon arrival. However a credit card is requested upon booking.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  here are 4 floors and yes we have two elevators in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All of our rooms are equipped with a Tv set and international satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. there are telephones in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning and heating (seasonal) at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private closed (but not covered) parking with an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our Reception staff will be happy to assist you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Venice airport is only 10 km from our Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The Hotel does not provide its own private shuttle service to/from the airport. However, there is a shuttle bus service available from just outside the HOtel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest Railway station is Venezia Mestre.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The closest Gondola station is located in Venice (just outside the railway station Santa Lucia). From our Hotel this can be reached by taking the train (every 10 minutes).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  he closest "Vaporetto" is located just outside Venices Railway station (Santa Lucia). Again, this may be reached from our Hotel taking the train (every 10 minutes).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The closest Water taxi station is located in Venice, just outside the railway station (Santa Lucia). This can be reached from our Hotel with the train (every 10 minutes).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only pets of small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, "Da Tura" Restaurant is inside the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Some of our rooms have free wired fast internet access, others have wireless fast internet access (not free).
