• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.

  Yes, the price is per room.

  Yes, you may settle the bill upon arrival

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 4 floors and is provided with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet, private and also romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a terrace upon request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony upon request
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking only.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are provided with a TV and also with cable pay TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are direct dial phone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are provided with air conditionning which is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no internet point but Wi-Fi is available all over the building for free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  All the cars are parked at Piazzale Roma (car terminal The garage is not free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car in Piazzale Roma Car Terminal.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Venice International airport is the closest airport
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  A pickup service can be organised by the hotel, the service is not free of charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Venice railway station is the nearest one
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The gondola station is in Campo Santa Sofia where the hotel is located.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Ca'd'oro station is a 2 minutes walking distance to the hotel. Out from the Vaporetto station, straight on to the end of the small street, turn right for 10 mt and first square on your right ( Campo Santa Sofia) you will find the hotel on the right side.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The Hotel has is own stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet, but the hotel will have a gym very soon.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are allowed on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  L'Alcova restaurant is not open yet, but it will be very soon.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, the hotel is provided with Wi-Fi connection from the rooms.
