Probably the best place I've stayed so far. Not only because Venice is magic or the great location of the hotel or even the magnificence of the building but also because the staff was incredibly nice and always willing to provide the best experience.

The whole hotel experience was second to none.Staff were polite and more than helpful.The receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel ,explaining the priceless artworks and making us welcome from the very start.

I think you could emphasise the fantastic range of choice on the menu in the restauarant together with the ambience of eating al fresco on the Grand Canal.
