More photos inside, maybe emphasize the location close to a Gondola port and include a couple of photos from the view of the canal from the bedroom

Probably the best place I've stayed so far. Not only because Venice is magic or the great location of the hotel or even the magnificence of the building but also because the staff was incredibly nice and always willing to provide the best experience.

The whole hotel experience was second to none.Staff were polite and more than helpful.The receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel ,explaining the priceless artworks and making us welcome from the very start.

I think you could emphasise the fantastic range of choice on the menu in the restauarant together with the ambience of eating al fresco on the Grand Canal.

We booked the limo and water taxi transfer.
It was expensive, 180 euros, but very enjoyable and prompt. Driver was waiting for us on arrival at the airport and drove us to waiting water taxi. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite on check in.

A very beautiful hotel, in a great location.
Room was great and a lot bigger than I expected. We had booked a luxury room with part canal view, but we had sitting area as well, just like a suite.

We only had one problem checking out and that was the bill. Another customers mini bar cost was added to our bill by mistake and we were also charged for a drink we had on our first night that we had paid for in cash. We eventually sorted it out, but it took about 4 hours, just before our water taxi turned up.

I think that you should point out that the hotel bar is in fact the lobby area, with only 3 tables which are by the street entrance to the hotel.

A very lovely but expensive hotel.
It was well worth the money. I would stay there again even after our hic up at check out. The staff were really lovely, very polite and helpfull.We had a meal at the hotel on our anniversary and the staff gave us a drink on the house to celebrate, which was a lovely thing to do.
