• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is a daily rate per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is always included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes of course, it is possible the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In total there are 9 floors and there are two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are backside rooms more quiet than the frontside rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Unfortunately no rooms with terrace are available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Unfortunately no rooms with balcony are available.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each room there is a tv with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all the rooms and in all the common areas (restaurant, bar, lobby, reception). This is a free service of the hotel and it is available from April till October.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an internet point near the reception desk
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool available.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking near by the hotel .
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the train station, at 5 minutes on foot from the hotel, there are the most famous car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Venice Airport is the nearest airport. It is located at 10 kilometers from the hotel and reachable by taxi in just 15 minutes..
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There are always some taxi just ouside of the airport; we suggest to take one of them. The receptionists will be at your disposal to organize your departure by taxi to the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Mestre-Venezia train station is at 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Piazzale Roma is the nearest "gondula station" and it is at 10 minutes by bus from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "vaporetto" station is Piazzale Roma, at 10 minutes by bus from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi station is Piazzale Roma, at 10 minutes by bus from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Unfortunately we don't accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the hotel has a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect the modem from the room.
