• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floors but there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms have no terrace or private courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms have a direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no extra charge for air conditioning and it is seasonal (May 15th - September 30th).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  A car can be rented in one of the rental car offices in Piazzale Roma (Venice terminal).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the Marco Polo Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia Santa Lucia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest "Vaporetto" station is San Zaccaria just in front of the hotel.

  The nearest watertaxi station is San Zaccaria just in front of the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
