Cancellation policy: 7 days prior to arrival date, h. 12:00 local time, no charge. Cancellations and/or variations after 7 days before arrival date: one night of penality. Written cancellation is strictly required (email or fax), no cancellation or amendment will be accepted by phone. No show: penality one night. No show for reservation longer than one night: penality two nights. In case of earlier departure the Guest will be charged for the entire period booked and confirmed.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
