- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room and per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
A very rich breakfast buffet is included in the price. The breakfast buffet consists in: warm drinks (coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, chocolate), several kinds of joghurt, fruit juices, bread, croissants, marmelades, honey, butter, cheese, ham, salami, cornflakes, muesli, fresh fruit and eggs. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
It is mostly suggested to settle the bill upon departure although you can settle the bill also upon arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
The hotel staff speak fluent English, as well as French, German and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The hotel is composed of two floors and it is provided with a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The special junior suite and also all deluxe rooms have a particular charme with beautiful view over the canal or overlooking the garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

All rooms are provided with self controlled air conditioning during summer season and heating during winter time. This service is free of charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
In the hotel lobby you can find an internet point (charges accordingly to duration) or a free wi-fi connection in the hotel rooms. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is no swimming pool available. - Is parking or garage available?
Although you can't park your car in Venice historical centre, you can park it in one of the garages located at the Car Terminal Piazzale Roma (ask more information at the hotel to get all directions). - Where can we rent a car?
You can find all main car rentals offices at Piazzale Roma Car Terminal. - Which is the nearest airport?
Venice Marco Polo Airport. Contact us for all information and directions about the best way of reaching the hotel. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Our hotel doesn't provide an airport shuttle service but the staff will be most pleased of assisting you with your transfer. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Santa Lucia, central Venice railway station is located within 15 minutes by public water bus. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
There are sevral gondola stations in Venice. By the way gondolas are not a proper means of transportation and you'll better enjoy to get on a gondola to enjoy a panoramic tour of Venetian Canals. On this purpose our staff will mark down for you the main gondolas station around the city. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
Hotel San Sebastiano Garden is located within one minute from San Basilio "Vaporetto" station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
Water taxi can moor right in front of the hotel main entrance. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is no fitness center in the property. - Are pets welcome?
Due to the pecularity of the building, we are afraid but pets are not admitted. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Although the hotel hasn't a restaurant, the district is probably the best to dine-around and the staff will be glad to assit you with any recommendations and reservations. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Wi-fi internet connection is available in all rooms.
