  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    The check-in is at 1.30/2.00 pm, in the case that the room is not ready, it is possible to leave the luggage here in our deposit. The check-out time is at 11.00am, and also in this case the guests can leave their luggage at the hotel.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The rates are intended per room per night ( not per person).
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The breakfast is included in the daily rate. The breakfast is continental, served under form of buffet( croissants, bred, jam, ham cheese etc. etc.).
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    It is possible to pay on arrival, but the guests are not obliged to do it. It is possible to pay also at the departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The laguages spoken are: Italian, English , French, and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has got 4 floors, We don't have a lift but there is a porterage service at disposal of the guests for the luggage.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, the rooms overlooking the canal are very romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some rooms have a private terrace, only one room has a canalview and a private terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Just few rooms are with a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    In our accomodations it is not possible to smoke.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a satellite TV in the rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All the accomodations are equippied with a telephone, from which it is possible to telephone directly outside ( just dialing the "0").
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All our rooms are with air-conditioning, the use is included in the daily rate. We confirm that we use it from june untill september (in any case untill the degree requires).
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have recently equippied the lobby with an internet point.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, we haven't got a swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, we haven't got a parking-garage.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    It is possible to do it at the car terminal of the city ( named Piazzale Roma) , where You can find the offices af all major rental cars.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest Airport is the "Marco Polo" airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, the hotel does,t manage this service. We normally give specific istructions to the guests.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The station "Santa Lucia" is at around 20 minutes by waterbus from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
    The nearest big Gondula station is at Santa Maria del Giglio, You can arrive there by waterbus, or walking.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
    The nearest vaporetto stop is named "Zattere", it is at around 150 meters from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
    Normally the hotel manage to call the watertaxi for the guests.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    In the property we haven't got a fitness center, but at 20 meters from the hotel there is a fitness point, and the hotel has got a connection with it.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are not accepted.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The hotel has got a restaurant, the name is " La Piscina".
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    It is possible to do it, but the guests sometimes need an adaptor( depending on the model of the comuter).
