The Room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is very conveniently located only a 3 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge vaporetto stop. It doesn't get much easier than that. I would recommend this hotel to any friend or family member travelling to Venice!! ... Clean, conveniently located, fair price, Safe and secure surrondings, quiet and comfortable location.

There is a canal door but the water taxis refused to drop me off or pick me up there. The only way to get to the hotel is from the a dock on the Grand Canal near the Rialto Bridge.
... 1. There was no internet access - that was a major problem. 2. The staff in the breakfast room were excellent - friendly, helpful and provided great service. 4. The front desk did an excellent job of accomodating special requests and providing information. 5. The maid service was perfect. ... I highly recommend it.
