• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.

  Yes, it is and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and sometimes Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The are four floors, with a lift and a relax solarium terrace that You could reach using stairs or the panoramic elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Just some of the rooms do have a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite Tv in all rooms, with the most important world channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning with its own remote control. It's seasonal but it's included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, don't have an internet point, but you can find a 24 hours internet cafè just 30 meters close to the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent it in piazzale Roma, 10 minutes far away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Venice Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia railway station, 50 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  On the Canal Grande, 10 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  At the Ferrovia stop arrives also water taxi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but we have a solarium with the possibility to book a massage.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but we have special agreemnts with restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
