• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There is one at the topfloor with a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have 13 no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with telephone and tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we have 16 rooms with air conditioning .
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but our parking facilities are: ITL. 24.000 per day at Tronchetto Parking and a reduction of 20% on the ordinary 24 hours rates at Garage San Marco.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the terminal car parking in Piazzale Roma, where it's possible to find Avis and Hertz.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  20 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by water taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  10 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  On the Train Station, or Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  There are 2 stops : Stop Number 1 called Piazzale Roma, and Stop N° 10 called San Tomà.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  We can arrange Water Taxi, it will arrive just in fron of the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
