• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes and it is an enriched continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefere.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floor and we have also an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes we have quiet rooms on the back side of the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we have only small balcony in some rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have only small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes we have sat tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct line telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes we have a parking place in the garden, cost euro 8,00 per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 50 minutes with Alilaguna boat service and about 1,5 hour by public bus plus boat service in Piazzale Roma.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 40 minutes with public boats.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Is in Venice Piazza S.Marco (right out of the boat station in S.Marco) reach in 10 minutes by boat.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  About one minute walk from the Hotel. The station is in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Just in front of the hotel like the pubblic boat.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but in the island there are a lot of fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but near the hotel there are a lot of small nice restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes it is possible.
