I compared notes with friends staying in several other hotels around the area and definitely got the best deal - clean and tidy rooms, simple but exactly what I needed, very good location and great price. Strongly recommended for anyone who doesn't need frills.

A double bed had been confirmed, but the room had two single beds. Receptionist was very helpful and offered another room, which was not as nice, or to have the maids make the two single beds up as one. We liked the original room so agreed to have the beds made up as one.

Hotel is very convenient for the vaporetto stop, which we liked. It is also on the main busy road on the Lido, so there is traffic noise but it did not bother us too much. Our room had a double aspect and was very spacious, bathroom also very nice,clean and well equipped.

Well run, established, hotel. Conveniently located for vaporetto and pleasant ten minute walk to the beach on the Lido.

The hotel is overlooks a very busy street so we experienced alot of noise both day & night from traffic & people on the street. If you want peace & quiet I would not recommend this hotel.

A very nice & friendly hotel but unfortunately in a very noisy setting. I also found it a little far from the centre of Venice.

a bit like a library where you felt you were not allowed to talk. Very dull.

The twon room should have been sold as a single. We did not feel comfortable in it at all as it was far far too small. I will not be booking there again. I know hotels that were cheaper and more spacious. Many thanks
