• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is a rich continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill either on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, French, English, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, especially the rooms overlooking the canal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not. We have a spacious common terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv with international channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet Point nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, the nearest parking is at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The concierge will help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo (Tessera) Airport. It is approx 15 km far from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The Nearest Gondola station is Santa Lucia, 10 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Neareset vaporetto boat stop is "Guglie", few minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  The nearest water taxi speedboats station is beside the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but the area is plenty of dining facilities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
