• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors in the first buildin,and we have an elevator.The second building have 2 floor and there is not the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, garden view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No extra cherge for air conditioning. The swich on day is by law.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, and wi-fi area.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes ,we have a private paking up to 10 cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  50 min by pubblic water transport or 25 min. by privat water taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Venice station.Away 35 min by "vaporetto" lines 51 52.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  St. Mark Square.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Sm Elisabetta 10 min walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Sm Elisabetta Station or ask to the taxi boat driver to take you to Casino dock only 5 min from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes. Medium size one.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but nearby there are some.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes with dial up line.Or at the internet point in the lounge you can have wirless internet acess.
