• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The personnel speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Teh building has 2 floors and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet. The rooms with private bathrooms are very romantic and comfortable.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms are provided with Sat/tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only 8 rooms have air conditioning. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not, but our guests can surf the Internet directly from their own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but we have an agreement with a parking (10% discount at the "Garage San Marco" in Piazzale Roma).
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Piazzale Roma or at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venezia Marco Polo. You can reach the airport in about 60 minutes from San Marco stop taking the Alilaguna public boat.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we suggest you use the public boat provided by Alilaguna company. The ride from the airport to San Marco takes about 60 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Venezia S.Lucia (9 km).
  You can reach the train station by water bus in about 10 minutes from the Rialto stop.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  The nearest Gondula station is S.Marco.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  The nearest Vaporetto stations are Rialto and S.Marco.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  You can ask the reception to call a water taxi for you.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet directly from your room with your own laptop.
