• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The given prices are the daily price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, there's a buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no elevator on the property. There are 4 floors on total.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them have balconies facing St. Mark's Basin.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have seasonal self controlled heating / air conditioning, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, main garages are located at Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto Venice Car Terminals connnected with city centre by public water buses.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Main car rentals companies are located at Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport is located at 30 minutes by water taxi or 1 hour by waterbus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Lucia Railway Station is located at 20 minutes by waterbus (line 51) or 40 minutes by waterbus (line 1 through the Gran Canal).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  10 metres.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Main waterbus stations are located just in front of the hotel, the name of the station is San Zaccaria.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  There's a private water taxi pier just in front of the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant on the premises that is open during the high season for lunch and dinner, then closed from Nov 15 until Christmas when it opens for lunch only. The restaurant then closes again on January 15, until it reopens starting from Carnival.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
