Confirmed reservation can be modified/cancelled without any charge 72 hours before beginning of the day of arrival.For cancellations made after these terms, 1 night for each room cancelled will be charged.For stays longer than 1 night, in case of cancellation made in the last 24 hours before the check-in (2.00 p.m., hotel local time) or no- show, half cost of the whole stay will be charged.For not refundable rooms,total stay amount will be charged at the moment of the reservation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
