All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

A rich breakfast buffet is included in the room price and consists of hot drinks such as milk, coffee, tea; croissants, marmalades, butter, yogurts, bread, fruit juices, cornflakes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Guests can settle the bill on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
At our hotel the reception staff speak English, German, Spanish and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
La Locandiera is on 3 floors and has an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The rooms are clean, spacious, quite and romantic. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The rooms do not have a terrace, but wide windows permitting the sun and fresh air to get into at any time. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
The rooms do not have balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We have both smoking and non smoking rooms: guests just have to let us know their preference. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All rooms have satellite television with several international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
We have a telephone with direct dialling and a one line for internet connection. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All rooms have air conditioning but in summer only. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We have an internet point in the hotel. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
At 25 minutes from the hotel there is a swimming pool which is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day. - Is parking or garage available?

We don't have a shuttle service from the airport but it is really very easy and cheap to go from the Venice Marco Polo airport or from the Treviso San Giuseppe airport to La Locandiera. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Santa Lucia railway station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
The nearest Gondula Station is situated at less than 1 minute walking from La Locandiera. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?

There is not a fitness center but guests can find one just a few minutes walk from the hotel. - Are pets welcome?
No. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. In the nearby of the hotel there are good restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias and bars, as well as shops, supermarkets, banks and a postal office. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Sure, it's possible from the room.
