• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.

  The price is per room per night.

  We have four floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all rooms are quiet and romantic.Typical modern style about Venice.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have satellite TV set with international channels.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all the hotel is air-conditioned, with no extra charges for the guests.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but a fitness centre with covered or open swimming-pool is only 3 km. far away.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the hotel has an open carpark with about 15 places.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport or in Venice at Piazzale Roma any travel agency nearby the hotel or by asking at the front desk.

  About 50 minutes by waterbus or private water taxi.

  No, only "on request", at extra charge.
