although out of Venice proper was very nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Easy as heck with the water bus service and good places to eat near the Hotel. Nice place to stay clean and close by and very helpful fun staff. Good breakfast to start the day off.

Unfortunately there were workmen on the pavement outside the window of the hotel making a lot of noise during the day. Rooms were much smaller than expected but admittedly this was not a problem.

Easy to access hotel away from the chaos and expense of the main island of Venice. Lido has little to offer but is merely a place to rest at the end of a day and has a number of small eating establishments to have dinner. Rooms can be small but provide for all necessary needs while the staff are friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at Le Boulevard prviously so we knew what to expect

We have recommended this hotel to a number of our friends and relations. We rate Le Boulevard very highly due to quality, location and price.

The room was very clean, including the bathroom, and I had hot water at all times of the day or night. The only thing that surprised me was the small size of the room. I had a single accomodation. After spending a week in other hotels in Venice, I now realize that all rooms are on the small side compared to the US. So, I have no complaint. I enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was centrally located and I had no problem finding my way around the Lido.

The hotel was in a perfect situation, very close to all the facilities, ie: main street for shopping/restaurants;waterbus station;beach etc. It was also far enough away from Venice itself which was very busy and allowed us some relaxation in the evenings. Unfortunately the breakfasts let the hotel down as there appeared to be a shortage of staff replacing food which had run out and clearing tables etc.

There is such a wide choice of hotels on the site which suits everyones different tastes and budgets. It also gave great info about Venice.

it is sahame that in a country that grows oranges and offers marvellous coffee that breakfast includes fruit squash and instant coffee (but I always complain about this!)

Generally I have been satisfied with the hospitality of Hotel Boulevard.

First room shown not acceptable we asked for non smoking very strong smell of stale tobbaco we asked for another room and were given one which was very nice
