The cancellation policy allows to cancel the reservation without penalty until 15 days before the arrival. The penalty in case of no show will the first night. A day before the arrival will be debited the entire amount of the stay on the credit card and it is not refundable. It will be kind if the guests could comunicate your arrival time. Thank you.
