  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before 11am.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, it is. The breakfast is composed of bread, butter, marmalade, fruit juices, pastries, hot drinks.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Italian, French and Spanish
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors (groundfloor and 2 floors) and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they have.
