• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room or per Apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes (Continental).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 Floors (No elevator).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them (Absolutely).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No for the rooms, yes for the Apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No in the Apartment, yes in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, There is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Venice Airport, in Mestre or in Piazzale Roma.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marco Polo Airport.(20 minutes by Bus).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S. Lucia, about 15 minutes with waterbus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  There are a lot of Gondola Station, (the nearest for us will be 2 minutes by walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  S. Angelo on the line 1 and Accademia on the lines 1-82.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  There are many water taxi stations.(The nearest is in 10 minutes by walk).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
