• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we prefer to make the bill at the end of the stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 4 floors and 1 elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of our rooms are extrememely romantic and all quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided by the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes rooms are provided with sat tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone and tv in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air conditioned with no charge. Air conditioning is seasonal and presumably provided from May through September.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement at a reduced price at the Garage San Marco at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  For car rentals you can apply to the hotel reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is 12 Km far away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  By water bus or private water taxi roughly 20 min.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Some gondula station are stationning just outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Piazza San Marco at a two minutes'walking distance from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Piazza San Marco when you arrive and right outside the hotel exit on departure.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No only a breakfast room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
