Found the Hotel in no time. Taking the riverbus to St.Marks Square and walking to the hotel as directed. No problems.

We stayed in the Blue Room, which was clean, bright and quiet, apart from their noisy dot-matrix printer printing on reception during the night, they should get a laser printer!. Anyway, room had a nice fridge full of snacks and drinks, and champagne, all reasonably priced. Superbly located right near St.Marks Square but in an area where it not too busy or noisy. Two nice bars outside to relax before retiring to bed, one of them being a wine bar, at very reasonable prices. All in all, we were happy with our stay and will stay there again if returning to venice.

The hotel is far better in real life than the pictures on the website portray.

Very helpful staff. Provided a place for luggage to be left after check until departure time later that day. Also provided a timetable and location of water bus to Airport. Excellent service.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again in any future visits to Venice.

Cannot stress enough the location which is absolutely super.1 minute from St Marks square and right near the canal.

Location superb, very clean , modern but yet traditional.
We were given a complimentary bottle of bubbly as it was my wifes birthday which wasa really thoughtful touch.

Our two rooms, that were adjoining, overlooked the canal...what a picturesque sight! We watched the gondolas fill with tourists and then make their way under the bridge for a ride. The gondolas were very colorful and each was unique! The rooms were a little noisy in the morning as supplies were being unloaded from boats to be taken to the various restaurants in the ares right under our windows. But the view and the rooms far surpassed the noise.

A welcomed haven from the crowds in Venice. The entire hotel was beautiful. We had a great stay. The continental breakfast was served in a beautiful room on the top of the hotel. We looked forward to the elegant service in the morning.

We arrived quite late and it was quite difficult to find given the narrow streets of venice!

Made us feel very welcome and offered us somewhere to leave our bags and get changed after our flight, as we had arrived before the room was ready

When they found out that it was my birthday, they put a bottle of prosecco in our room - it was a wonderful gesture.
