• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Is the daily price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Any of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Three rooms have a little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Some of the rooms are air conditioned: extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking is in Piazzale Roma or in Tronchetto, where all cars are leaved. Our guests can to take advantage of a 20% discount on parking at "Piazzale Roma".
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can rent a car/boat for you ore main offices are the airport MARCO POLO or at PIAZZALE ROMA (general car parking of Venice).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International airport MARCO POLO: 1 hour with pubblic transport or 20min with private taxi.
  International airport Treviso San Giuseppe. 1 hour by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Stazione Santa Lucia: 30 min by foot or 10 min with pubblic transports from our property.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  At "Ponte Bareteri", 10 metres away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station, Rialto by rialto bridge, at 250 meters walk, getting off from the "vaporetto"(bus boat) go on your right for few meters and turn left in "Calle Larga Mazzini" go straight without changing direction untill you will see the shoes shop "bata" take on your right and just after five meters turn left on "Calle di Mezzo" and you will find us quite at the and of the street on your right.(all of it, is two minutes walk).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  Same as water bus transports.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
