• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day. Price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. The breakfast buffet consists in: warm drinks (coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, chocolate), plum-cakes, several kinds of joghurt, fruit juices, bread, several kinds of marmelades, honey, butter, cheese, cornflakes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. Guests can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Just one floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of our rooms are extrememely romantic and all quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of our rooms has view on our inner courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms international TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone and tv in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning free of charge in all the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement at a reduced price at the Garage San Marco at Piazzale Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  For car rentals you can apply to the hotel reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is 12 Km far away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Nearby there is the pubblic shuttle to the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  By water bus or private water taxi roughly 20 min.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondula Station?
  Some gondula are stationning just outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto" (Public Transport) station?
  Taxi boats can bring you or pick you up left outside the hotel. And Fondamente Nuove water bus station is the nearest from us.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest Water Taxi Speedboats station?
  You can arrive just in front of the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
