Comfortable, clean, conveniently located, not luxurious but very pleasant. Friendly staff. Charming accommodations in an interesting neighborhood.

We did get lost getting to the hotel, but that was our fault, we didn't follow the instructions correctly! We were welcomed on our arrival and helped to our rooms with our luggage. Our daughter, Lorraine was getting married to James in Venice on the Saturday, they found champagne and flowers in their room provided by the hotel. A lovely touch.

We thought the hotel was excellent value for money and very clean. The staff were very helpful. We were sorry the lady who was on desk duty the night we went out for Lorraine & James hen & stag night as she was also on duty on the Saturday for the wedding night. We hope we weren't too noisy.

The hotel arranged a water taxi to the airport for us, which was excellent and good value for money. We were checking out of 7 rooms and this was done very professionally.

A lovely hotel, clean and really good value for money. Excellent location for arrival from the airport by waterbus. A good base for anyone visiting Venice, not very far from anywhere. Perhaps take a compass, cos we never came home the same way twice! Would definitely stay there again.

The superior room that we booked was a lot smaller than the images given on the web site. In fact the room no 111 was only really large enough for a single bed. This was the only disappointment we had with our stay.

We stay regularly in many hotels and indeed cruise liners. In comparison to UK and worldwide hotels the value for money in Venice is only Fair value. We have had larger cruise cabins for half the price which also included five star full board dining. In reality there is only one Venice but I WILL ENJOY CRUISING A LOT MORE than returning to Venice.

Adequate but overpriced. Go cruising instead.

Excellent. Directions could be more detailed although we found the property easily using our own maps!Easy route with very few (two) bdidges for those with luggage.

The route from the water taxi to Locanda La Corte was much longer than expected - I did think it was a bit confusing. Also upon arrival my accomadations were in another property of LoCanda La Corte - which I wish we had been told in advance since I made reservations with another party & we were put in separate buildings. The woman that did our initial check in was not a very friendly person at all.

It was a little disappointing that the building we stayed in did not have the courtyard as mentioned on the website to have breakfast in. Also our building was security locked at all times and there wasn't staff in the building overnight either to assist with any problems - such as no hot water & unable to obtain an outside line on our telephones.

I would say that it was nice but it is a bit more difficult to get there than other hotels may be. Not sure if I would reccommend it though.

Very pleasant and they had kindly arranged the flowers I requested for my girlfriend which was very nice.

The only criticisims arethat the food at breakfast was quite poor and the free boat ride to Maruano was basically a con as we were shipped straight into a glass blowingfactory/show room and then subjected to some fairly heavy selling
